Course commencement

Welcome to the course! Please find three fellow students to form a group of four students for the practical work as soon as you get a chance. Steps to follow:

1. Host student gathers group members' student IDs and authcate usernames (phone numbers would be helpful too but aren't needed to register)
2. Host student follows ITS instructions with the help of the group, to set up group splash page
3. Host student registers group online to retrieve official group name (Registration opens after unit enrollments are finalised a few weeks into semester — announcment made here)
4. Host student edits splash page, filling in the official group name and checking that the email link works: one click emails all group members
5. Group members chip in to buy host student a beer (or coffee)
